  Worst customer service ever! They ruined my Birthday! Every steak and even the hamburger ordered was completely opposite of what we all had ordered either over cooked (mostly) to the burger still bleeding when ordered well done and we were a party of 15!!! The manager and staff treated us terrible. This was my favorite place to eat but not anymore! I'll never be back and I'm so embarrassed that I bragged to my family and friends about how this was the best place by far for excellent customer service and to get a cooked exactly how you ordered It and best tasting steak! My entire party of 15 definitely got bad first impressions of the staff, management, and the food! We have tried to call the main manager over and over about this terrible experience and location and left messages and they have yet to return our call and this happened early January! They've had time to return our calls! If you're gonna go to Logan's go to the Gastonia location at least the management and staff are trained to treat their customers with respect and curtesy. Instead of the staff back there laughing and in front of us about ruining a entire family's hour drive to celebrate my birthday and for ruining my birthday. It being meaningless to the Statesville management and staff! If I was the owner of Logan's roadhouse I'd be ashamed to have employed such terribly rude, disrespectful, unfriendly, untrained, dishonest, employees working at my establishment! This place is void of good customer service from the waiting staff to the cooks to the management!
