  Love this place! Everyone in the store makes you feel welcome, and the employees are very helpful. An employee unloaded my cart at the register, bagged my items and even walked me out to my car without me asking. Definitely going to do all of my shopping here.

  Maybe once all the crowds die down it will be ok. I did my weekly shop there yesterday out of curiosity. I mean...It's a nice store, primarily because it is brand new. They have a good selection of products, but they should because the building is massive. And yet even with that massive building, they still managed to make that deli/bakery area feel cramped.
  I was really annoyed by the overbearingness of the employees...like, no I have 8 bags and a 9 year old to help me carry them.... No, I do not want you to walk out to my car with me. It was annoying because the lady asked two more times after I said no. I am young (ish) and very able bodied, I assure you I do not need help placing my bread and eggs in the car.
  
  At the end of the day, it is just another grocery store. It's meh. 3 stars. Just OK. The prices were higher or about the same as anywhere else.
  
  I am a loyal Bi-Lo customer and Publix did not impress me enough for that to change.

  I went to the grand opening a few days ago and while most employees were nice, there were a few rude ones. This place is new to the area and already they have slacked on hiring the appropriate people on making the market a friendly environment. During the opening, employees gave out samples. While I tried a few samples, the employee responsible for distributing the Buck's Head Chicken Salad was a very rude woman. She didn't offer me a sample and when I said 'hello,' she said ignored me. Later on, she blatantly denied giving another customer a sample. It was ridiculous! The sample was as small as one bite of chicken, yet this old lady was hoarding it like gold. Anyway, Publix could do better in their hiring process in not hiring old, grumpy b-tches in the future. I will be doing my shopping at Walmart, that is for sure.
